Goggle Box Service Update
We are working very hard to maintain a FULL
service for our customers.
We are currently still able to full fill an in home service in most cases and parts supplies are still coming through from our suppliers. So that's positive news!
It is important to let us know ASAP if you or any family member are self isolating due to the following symptoms:
All staff members are following the recommended hygiene procedures set out by the Government.
We understand the importance of Television at this time for information and entertainment. The situation is changing on a daily basis and we will update all customers of any delays to service as they happen. We are giving customers the opportunity to bring items to us or collect from us if this is a helpful.
We are experiencing a high volume of calls at the moment so please email us if you cannot get through on the phone lines.

As a mark of respect and to allow our member's of staff to pay tribute to HRH Queen Elizabeth II, Goggle Box will be closed on Monday 19th September for the day.

A very common issue we have found with LCD TV is back light failure. The back lights are essentially the rows of bulbs within the screen. When they fail they can produce the following faults:
Sound but no picture
Blue / Purple tint / haze over the screen
Light and dark patches over the screen
We are able to repair a wide range of brands including LG, Samsung, Sony, Panasonic and Toshiba (to name a few) that have back light issues. This can be a very quick and cost effective repair.
