We at Goggle Box are have maintain strict operating procedures to keep our members of staff and customers staff over the last year.
At the moment all of our in home servicing is postponed.
We can however provide a door step collection and delivery service . Whilst we appreciate that this is not the ideal situation but it means we can still repair your appliance in the safest way possible. The appliance is collected and repaired in our workshops and delivered back to your doorstep when the repair is completed.
We are also accepting deliveries into our workshop directly. Please contact us on 01179358989 to allow us to book you in before you do so.

We are hoping to revise this protocol over the coming months and will update our customers accordingly.

As a mark of respect and to allow our member's of staff to pay tribute to HRH Queen Elizabeth II, Goggle Box will be closed on Monday 19th September for the day.

A very common issue we have found with LCD TV is back light failure. The back lights are essentially the rows of bulbs within the screen. When they fail they can produce the following faults:
Sound but no picture
Blue / Purple tint / haze over the screen
Light and dark patches over the screen
We are able to repair a wide range of brands including LG, Samsung, Sony, Panasonic and Toshiba (to name a few) that have back light issues. This can be a very quick and cost effective repair.
