About us

The Goggle Box mission is to provide a complete one-stop service, both in a repair and retail capacity. We want to use all of our repair skills, background, experience and infrastructure to provide this complete service.

Ken Goggle Box was founded by Ken Orchard in 1988 Ken still has a very strong part in the day to day running of the business.

Sarah Ken’s daughter Sarah joined the company in 2001 from a customer service background. She now helps manage the day to day running of the company looks for new business opportunities as well as maintaining and looking after current customers.

Administration & Customer Service Team

teamCustomer These ladies are the voices you speak to over the telephone. They manage the day to day running of the office and deal with customer queries. We have a database that is always updated at every stage of the repair to ensure that our customers are updated.

Workshop Team

workshop Our experienced in house engineers deal with a wide variety of products, each specialising in their own field of repair.

Each Engineer has their own work bench with up to date  diagnostic and servicing equipment and has access to manufacturer technical data, systems and tecnical departments.

Field Service Team

fieldVan Our field engineer’s repair and install products in customer's homes or in business premises in our new silver vans, freshly sign written in our new branding and livery.

We offer Weekday and Saturday call outs and offer a AM or PM time slot. We understand that your time is valuable so we can offer a courtesy call of 30 minute notice to a mobile or work number so you do not have to wait in hours on end!

Investors in People is the national Standard which sets out a level of good practice for training and development of people to achieve business goals.
